Sarah Owan was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD.  She started her career in the Life Insurance industry in 1996. 

Sarah earned her Property and Casualty license in 2001 while living in North Dakota

Upon returning to South Dakota in 2006 she began her career at Boen & Associates, Inc. in the Personal Lines Department.

Sarah became a partner at Boen & Associates, Inc. in 2012.

 She earned her Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2009.
