Jason Owan was born and raised in Williston, North Dakota. He graduated from UND with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1991.

Jason has been in the insurance industry since 2000 and joined Boen & Associates in 2006.

He received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2008.

Jason became a partner at Boen & Associates in 2012.
