EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Kelsey is a Sioux Falls, SD native.  She attended O’Gorman High School and went on to attend the University of South Dakota.  She graduated from USD in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.   

Kelsey began her Employee Benefits insurance career at Holmes Murphy & Associates in 2010.  There she gained immense knowledge regarding all aspects of personal and commercial employee benefits.  She found the field to be exciting and different, especially while undergoing all of the Affordable Care Act changes.  Never a dull moment!

Kelsey started at Boen & Associates in April of 2019 as a Senior Account Manager.  She is focused on providing outstanding customer service to employers of all sizes, strategic planning, alternative funding models, marketing and proposal comparison analysis, and Affordable Care Act compliance and reporting.

Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with friends and family.  She and her husband have two sons who keep them very busy.
